Robert Du Toit
The team is headed up by Robert Du Toit, who has over 19 years of UK property experience. Robert grew up in South Africa, where he studied Computer Programming before moving to the UK in 2003. Robert founded his first UK property venture in 2005 which specialised in trading UK residential property. The business had an established track record with revenues of over £24m per annum. In 2016 an expansion took place and with a key focus in land trading, which set the foundations and going-concern for Bluecrest Land.

Brent Hadfield
Brent was born and raised in South Africa, where he studied finance, before moving to the UK in 2004. Brent has over 19 years of UK property experience, with a focus on residential buy-to-let and development. He has 6 years of financial services experience with GLG Partners LP. Brent also co-founded UK coffee brand CafePod Coffee Co in 2011 which sells a range of coffee products in major grocery retailers across the UK.

Shannon Eastoe
Shannon has worked with the Bluecrest founders since 2016 after securing her First Class Master's degree in law. Having worked for a number of solicitors throughout University, she is responsible for overseeing the conveyancing of new site acquisitions. Outside of the legal work, Shannon overseas the project management lifecycle of sites by carefully co-ordinating planning applications, required surveys and other deliverables with the consultee team. When she is not at work, Shannon is usually found pottering in the garden or running marathons for fun.

Michael Wylie
Mike has been in the construction industry for more than forty years and this has allowed him to experience almost every situation imaginable. As recently retired Chairman of Wilson-Bayley Homes Ovcon (WBHO), which is a blue-chip construction firm listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange with annual turnover of £1.6 billion, Mike has been involved in huge property projects which required intricate knowledge and powerful management. As a non-exec board member of Bluecrest Group, he brings a wealth of experience and insight.
