The outline application was submitted to and subsequently approved by Arun District Council for 38 new dwellings, including a new access, open space provision and landscaping.

This development was constructed in association with Matthew Homes.

Trout Road,
West Drayton

A detailed planning application involving the demolition of the former vacant warehouse and the construction of 44 apartments was approved by Hillingdon Borough Council.

The scheme was constructed in association with Paradigm Homes.

Station Road, Addlestone

Permitted development consent was granted by Runnymede Borough Council for the conversion of the office building into 14 one and two bedroom apartments.

The building was subsequently converted by a local construction firm.

Epsom

Working closely with Epsom and Ewell Council, an application has now been submitted involving the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new, mixed-use development over 8 and storeys. This landmark development, located near to the train station, will provide new apartments and significant commercial space.

This industrial site located on Barkway Road to the east of Royston was formerly used as an MOT garage with associated storage buildings. Planning was granted by North Herts District Council for 8 residential units and is currently under construction.

This brownfield site situated on the edge of Therfield Village was formerly used as open storage. A planning application for a housing scheme is being prepared for submission to North Herts District Council.

This site which measures approximately 3 acres, was formerly used as a car park. A planning application for a residential scheme has been submitted to West Suffolk Council for 25 units.

 

Arterberry Road,

Wimbledon

The site was initially acquired with planning permission issued by Merton Borough Council for one single 10,000 sqft dwelling in Wimbledon Village. Through negotiations with the council and local residents, a 2-unit scheme was agreed and construction completed in 2019.

New Malden

Outline planning permission initially granted for a 7 unit mixed affordable residential scheme was granted by the Royal Borough of Kingston. Planning gains achieved through adding an additional unit and removing all affordable from the scheme. Construction completed in 2017.

 

Archway Mews,

Putney

Permitted development consent was granted by Wandsworth Borough Council for the conversion of an existing 3,500 sqft office block into 4 self-contained residential apartments, with additional gains realised through the planning consent granted for an additional penthouse apartment.
